Michael is one of the founding partners of BH2. He has worked in the City of London throughout his career and is responsible for all rent reviews, professional and consultancy matters. He is on the RICS panel of Arbitrators and Independent Experts. He is Surveyor to the Grocers' Company and advises the City Parochial Foundation. He has a number of occupying clients for whom he acts as a consultant. He is a Past Master of the Chartered Surveyors Company and Past Chairman of the City of London Branch of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
